What is nipple reduction?

1. Perform local anesthesia around the nipple for reduction
2. Design the nipple for reduction
3. Adjust the ideal nipple height in proportion to the radius of the nipple viewed from the sides.
4. Incise the areola to 1/3 or 1/4 size in a triangular shape.
5. Suture the remaining tissues to form the normal shape of the nipple.
