Operation Method
A. If you have thick alar skin (reduction of skin tissue)
1. Incise the suture the skin below both sides of the alar to bring the alars together.
2. Make a sharp and sophisticated nose.
B. Small amount of skin tissue around the alar (method of tying up the inner part of the nostrils)
1. The plastic surgeon designs the width and shape of the alars
